Mission Statement

• To promote the highest professional standards among individuals and entities involved in the licensing of intellectual property rights and the transfer of technology.
• To support the licensing profession in the Czech Republic and create greater awareness among business executives, scientists, engineers, academics, patent & trademark attorneys, government officials, independent firms, universities, research institutes, government organizations and consulting firms.
• To provide members with up to date information about legislative changes in EU and worldwide.

Bodies of LES ČR

LES ČR is governed by a Steering Committee, which meets on a monthly basis and which decides on LES ČR activities. LES ČR is represented by International Delegates at international LESI events. However, any member of LES ČR can participate at any event organized by LESI or LES national or regional chapters. The supreme body of LES ČR is the General Assembly.
